Privacy Notice

ProcureSignal SA is an independent early-stage procurement intelligence prototype for South African SMEs. This privacy notice explains how we collect and use information submitted through the public landing page, Microsoft Forms feedback form, and related early-access communications.

ProcureSignal SA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the South African government, National Treasury, OCPO, CSD, CIDB, municipalities, state-owned entities, or issuing buyers.

Information we collect

We may collect information that you choose to submit, including:

  • name;
  • company name;
  • email address;
  • website or LinkedIn page;
  • business category, province, services, and tender workflow details;
  • feedback about tender discovery, buyer intelligence, pricing expectations, and product interest;
  • permission to contact you for follow-up or early access.

How we use the information

We use submitted information to:

  • understand whether ProcureSignal SA solves a real SME procurement problem;
  • prioritize product features and data sources;
  • respond to sample opportunity-fit profile requests;
  • contact respondents who gave permission for follow-up;
  • improve the public MVP, landing page, and feedback form.

Storage and tools

Feedback is currently collected using Microsoft Forms and may be reviewed or exported for internal analysis. Because the founder and technology tools may be based outside South Africa, submitted information may be processed or stored outside South Africa.

Sharing

We do not sell submitted respondent information. We may use service providers and software platforms to host the website, collect responses, store records, or operate the prototype.

Retention

We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for early validation, product research, follow-up, and basic recordkeeping. You may ask us to delete your submitted information.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the feedback form. You can also ask to correct or delete your submitted information by contacting us.
